It is unlikely that you will get an invoice or anything from the carrier before you make your first payment.

You especially must pay now if you changed plans or if you are enrolling for the first time whether you enrolled through CoveredCA or you went directly to carrier, in other words, on or off exchange. This requirement includes dental coverage also.
